Fixed Time / Fixed Price Contract

Our fixed time / fixed price model offers you, our customer, a low-risk option and can be applied when the scope and specifications of the project are reasonably clear. This model guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of projects. Deliverables, costs, and timelines are clearly defined in the Fixed Time / Fixed Price model.

Time and Material Contract

In this model a team of programmers (preferably 2) will be at your service. Since it is time and material, you have a lot of flexibility, you can give any work to the team - enhancement / bug fix to existing application, development of new application or migration or reengineering work. You can use 185 analyst hours per month from an analyst at a nominal per hour rate.

Fixed Price Offshore Team Dedicated Team Contract

In this business model, we form the project team with the required team members, project managers, equipment and infrastructure based on the project requirements. Customers pay a monthly charge based on the size and composition of the team. This model offers the flexibility to balanced team size and project workloads. The model is similar team to Time and Material model, except that the rate will be a fixed cost per person per month.
